Events & Programs That We Offer

Senior ZOOM Meeting – Interactive workshop on all aspects of technology for seniors. Don’t let technology keep you from connecting with others. Seniors need not suffer from depression or periods of isolation. It’s time to conquer your fears of TECH and move forward in your purpose.

Prison Soap Drive – Our efforts to provide antibacterial soap to inmates in the Georgia prison system to better protect and safeguard our loved ones against the spread of COVID and other germs. Incarcerated people are not able to safely “social distance” and a prison sentence should not result in a death sentence.

Prison Soap Drive Celebration – Event acknowledges and celebrates the Volunteers who donate antibacterial soap (each with a scripture attached) to inmates. Staff members from the Georgia Department of Corrections attend to say “thank you” on behalf of inmates because they cannot do so themselves.

Women’s Re-Entry Summit – This conference is designed to demonstrate how women should “position themselves” within the family structure with the skills that promote successful transition back into the family and their communities. Resources are confirmed and made available to attendees. Support is provided by women who have “walked a mile in the same pair of shoes”.

Station of Hope Training/Certification – Become EQUIPPED to meet the challenges that lie ahead once an individual is released from prison. Gain the training that recognizes your church/organization as a “Station of Hope” (a safe haven for individuals being released from prison}, certified by the national office of Healing Communities, U.S.A.

Princess Power – Event is designed to address the root causes of family issues. It empowers our girls, between the ages of 5 – 17 for successful journeys through life. Topics include Building Positive Self-Esteem, Cautions With Social Media, Confronting Peer Pressure, and Building Positive Male/Female Relationships The Bitter Truth – Event is designed to convene men, who have been incarcerated more than ten years but now are impacting the community in a positive manner, confront adolescent boys on the lessons they learned to redirect the attitudes and decisions that lead to violence and the consequences that resulted from their poor choices.
